[업무내용]
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Clienteling Activities
• Support the gifting program for CRM & HJ treatment (collecting order, follow-up etc)
• Create DN in NSI system to allocate corporate gift to boutique and track of usages
• Collect and check the boutique gift expenses, Create PO in SAP system/Non-PO, Handle other gift expenses
• Communicate with 3rd party agency to develop client’s gifting
• Follow up the creation of client contact guide and lead the client contact activities through communication channels such as MMS, Kakao Sync
 
2. Reporting
• Manage the weekly / Monthly CRM reports
• Prepare monthly sales meeting and bi-monthly CRM ambassador meeting report
• Provide CRM & HJ monthly incentive accrual form to retail team in a timely manner
 
3. Others
• Assist local clienteling events to deliver seamless client experience
• Support the miscellaneous office works (documentation, occasional gift order/delivery, arrangement, material preparation, meeting room set-up, send/pick-up the parcel (mail bag) between office and boutique etc)
 
 
[지원자격]
  • •  Proactive and positive mindset
    •  Bachelor's degree in business required
    •  Fluent English communication skill
    •  Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint skill

[우대자격]
•  Working experience in global brands with CRM background is preferred
